1970 VW BUG CONVERTIBLE BODY OFF RESTOMOD VIN# 1502200242. Made in Germany10/69 - the 242 beetle off the assembly line, supervised by Lothar Niemann. The 242 car, as it is known (zweiohundertzweiundvierzig), spent 96% of its life on the West Coast of the USA. The Bug is rust and accident free. The bug has been restored from the ground up. 98% of the bug is new and 2% has been reconditioned to OEM specs or better. • Lowered and narrowed ball joint front end with 2" drop spindles. 
• 4 Disc brake with upgrade master cylinder, brake lines and electrical harness.

• EMPI front shocks and Steering stabilizer.
• Quick ratio steering box.
• Rear spring plate bushings replaced. Spring plates powder coated black.  Ride height lowered 2.5" equipped with KYB shocks.
